As a necessary part of the unitary patent, the applicable translation arrangements should be simple and cost-effective and correspond to those provided for in the proposal for a Council Regulation on the translation arrangements for the European Union patent, presented by the Commission on 30 June 2010, combined with the elements of compromise proposed by the Presidency in November 2010 that had wide support in Council.
Da sie ein notwendiger Aspekt des einheitlichen Patents sind, sollten die für dieses Patent geltenden Übersetzungsregelungen einfach und kosteneffizient sein und den Regelungen entsprechen, die in dem von der Kommission am 30. Juni 2010 vorgelegten Vorschlag für eine Verordnung des Rates zur Regelung der Übersetzung des Patents der Europäischen Union festgelegt waren und die im November 2010 durch einen vom Vorsitz vorgeschlagenen Kompromiss, der im Rat breite Unterstützung fand, ergänzt wurden.
